50 Years of Ebony Fashion

Last weekend I attended an inside look at the Memorial Art Gallery - hosted by the curators of the latest fashion exhibit: Inspiring Beauty, celebrating 50 Years of Ebony Fashion Fair. This was such a great opportunity to listen to hear about their background, experience, the exhibit, it's history (the magazines, the people behind the scenes, designers, diversity, Ebony Fashion Fairs of the past) and of course their spectacular advice. I am so glad that I participated in this event and was able to view the amazing, historical progression visible through the fashions; proving that fashion is truly an art form. These are just some of the pictures I took throughout the day, I hope you enjoy them, though they will never be the same as seeing these iconic pieces presented in such a way. I was truly blown away! Share what your favorites are in the comment section or go check it out yourself, I highly recommend it.
